1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gi999 platform (including the website at gi999.app, any associated mobile interface, and all products offered therein), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and must not register an account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and gi999 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations and warranties. gi999 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a gi999 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gi999 strictly does not permit players under the age of 21 to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not currently hold another active gi999 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person and must not be registering for the purposes of professional advantage, arbitrage, or any form of commercial gain beyond ordinary recreational play.

gi999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration on gi999 is free of charge. To create an account you are required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, choose a secure password, and confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and the gi999 Privacy Policy. You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify gi999 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation by contacting us at:

• Do not share your password with any other person, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable SMS OTP verification for an additional layer of account protection.

KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, gi999 requires you to complete identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to submit a clear photograph of your Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or passport, and to verify ownership of your registered mobile number via SMS confirmation. KYC documentation is reviewed by the gi999 compliance team and most submissions are processed within 24 hours. Your account balance remains accessible for deposits and gameplay while KYC is pending; only withdrawals are held until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

gi999 accepts deposits in BDT only. Supported deposit methods are listed on the gi999 payment page and currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Deposits are typically credited to your gi999 account instantly or within a few minutes of a confirmed transaction. gi999 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• gi999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit at its discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed. gi999 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes of approval for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad; processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on your bank's own processing schedules.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 unless otherwise specified.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a mandatory anti-money-laundering requirement and is applied equally to all accounts without exception.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name. gi999 will not process withdrawal payments to third parties.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied in full before the associated funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an active rollover requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gi999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your gi999 account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds must be wagered before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money winnings.
• The standard wagering requirement for gi999 welcome bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the combined deposit and bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. gi999 uses technical verification to identify duplicate bonus claims.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and markets designated as eligible for bonus wagering. Some games — including certain live casino tables and jackpot slots — may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. Eligible games are listed in the promotion terms.
• gi999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled for legitimate operational reasons, any qualifying deposit that triggered the bonus will remain in your real-money balance.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate the gi999 bonus system — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, using bots or automated tools, or systematically wagering on low-risk outcomes to fulfil rollover requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules and Gameplay

All bets placed on the gi999 sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as displayed within the gi999 platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. gi999 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where gi999 determines a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or error during a live casino game or sports bet, gi999 will refer to its server-side game logs to determine the outcome. The server record is the authoritative source in all disputes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gi999 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or under a false or third-party identity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players for the purposes of gaining an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker-format games.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the gi999 platform in any manner that could constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC, or at any other time gi999 requests information from you.

gi999's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Players who disagree with a gi999 decision may raise a formal complaint through the support channel within 30 days of the relevant decision.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

gi999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request.
• At the request of the account holder, including as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.

Where an account is closed by gi999 for a reason other than a breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their most recently verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and winnings generated exclusively from bonus play are not returnable upon closure.

9. Responsible Gaming

gi999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly) — set a maximum amount you are willing to deposit within a given period.

gi999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may occasionally result in temporary unavailability. gi999 will endeavour to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance via the platform where reasonably possible.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

gi999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on gi999 you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data is collected, why it is collected, how it is stored, and your rights in relation to your personal data. 12. Amendments to These Terms

gi999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these terms, gi999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify active account holders via SMS or a platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gi999 platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting the gi999 support team.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
